FOUR GENERATIONS OF EXPERT CLEANING

We brought in a large Karastan rug that we had bought off of Craigslist. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the fringe repair. Also, the owner gave us a tour of the facility - it’s immaculate. We would definitely use Bedrosian again.

First, Bedrosian is unbelievably reliable. They always came exactly when they promised they would, and they kept me informed all through the process. The rug was cleaned beautifully -- after 15 years, 4 cats and a dog, I didn't expect that they would be able to do much, but the rug looks essentially like new, and all odor is gone. The new pad is a much higher quality than my old one. The two gentlemen who came to the house were professional, friendly, very cheerful about moving furniture around, and completely efficient. We were thrilled with the whole experience.

Bedrosian picked up our rugs and had them ready within a week. They custom cut pads for us. Though the rugs were ready to be returned, we were having our floors refinished and they gladly held our rugs for us until we could take them back. When they brought them back they looked beautiful and felt very soft and clean. Excellent service! We have already sent out two more rugs for them to clean.

I contacted Bedrosian's on 12/4. John explained the process, offered a 20% discount for both cleaning and new pads (Angie's List Member Discount). And scheduled pick-up for the next day. Their men arrived on time and were courteous and careful, moving several heavy pieces of furniture in order to collect my rugs. John called later that day, after looking the rugs over, to confirm the cost of cleaning and providing new premium pads. Delivery was promised for the following week, 12/12. Once again their men were punctual, efficient and polite. Moreover, Bedrosian's did a phenomenal job! One rug had several stains, yet they managed to clean it beyond my expectations. All three rugs look amazing! From my first contact with Bedrosian's, this was a very positive experience. This company is extremely competent and professional, and their prices are reasonable. I would absolutely use their services again and I recommend them highly.
